Best Sushi we have found in slc so far...
We went to @mintsushiutah for date night and it was amazing!
We showed up with about twenty minutes until closing time and the head chef, Chef Soy took the time to talk to us and make us feel more than welcome.
This was by far the best sushi we have had anywhere #slclocal.
